Can page background change on difference sections?

Hello,

I visited some eye-catching website which could have page background change when scroll up and down.
I found an example of those website

Could this be applied in themeco pro’s settings, or must be applied through CSS please?

Hi Jade,

Thank you very much for follow up the post. What I was looking for, is background change by section, not by time.
However, I just found that similar effect can be applied by setup background parallax in a vertical direction and maximize the image size . It is not exactly the same concept as shown in the youtube, and the background will blur if not high resolution enought, but the outcome is acceptable.
