Can not verify license

Hey I don’t know if we forgot login to another account but we have the themeforest code to verify this is our license How can we proceed. Need help asap.

It’s an issue setting up staging but I managed to solved the validation page by deleting cornerstone plugin. I need help so that I can activate on staging domain and test update website!

I checked that license and yes, it’s registered to a different account but not to the account you provided. I can’t verify the ownership since it belongs to someone else, have you done license transfer before? Because even if you have that purchase record but already transferred it to someone else here in Apex, then we can’t just return it back.

But, if the owner of that account is just within your group, then I recommend contacting each one and request the license transfer. They can always unlock the license, and once unlocked, you can then register that purchase code to your account completing the transfer.

Then, it’s when you can only assign a staging URL to the license and validate it within the staging site.

The thing is no one have records of any other theme.co/apex account. Can you at least share the user name or email in a secure note? by then we can reset passwords and get it. Since we would only be able to login if we have access to the email.

By sharing username and email I can reset and proof it’s our account.

Please try logging out all your accounts and then log back in to the account you want to register and register the license. If that won’t work, I will need to forward this to the person handling the technical side of the forum.

Used different browsers, and chrome accounts and incognite nothing seems to work can you move it for us?

I’ve manually removed the license from the other account, so you should be able to register it now in the desired account. I would have moved it over for you, but I wasn’t certain that it was being moved to the account you are posting under. Regardless, if you try to register it now, you shouldn’t have any problems.
