Can not see automatic Update to 6.0 in my Dashboard in WP

so I can not update to the newest version.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please go to Dashboard > Updates and you will see that the theme has a new release update. Simply select the theme and hit the “Update” button.

Hello

When I go to update the theme (Dashboard>Updates) there are no options for updating. I get the following message:

Your themes are all up to date.

The current version is 5.03. Please see attached.

I’ve tried revoking validation and revalidating the licence but that didn’t make any difference.

Please try to Revoke the validation of your site then validate the theme again and see if you will be able to see the updates.

Are you on multisite? Is so this could be the problem. There isn’t a way for themes to provide automatic updates on multisite since code can’t be run at a network level.

If that’s not the case, could you please open your own thread? You could add login credentials there and we can take a closer look. Thanks!

It is is on multisite, but all for the same domain. I’m sure it’s updated without any trouble before, or at least other themes seem to update.

Is this issue specific to X and Pro? And will it always be like this?

Hello There,

When you are using Multi Site setup, you have to make sure that the main site is used to validate X or Pro theme. Once validated, you may go to My Sites > Network Admin > Plugins and update the plugins especially the bundled ones.

Updating bundled plugins:

Regretfully for the theme, you will have to update it manually by uploading the theme files. This was already explained briefly by Alex in his reply above.
