Can not install cornerstone

Dear sir / madam,

I have installed WordPress on my live environment “https://thinkboxonline.de”.

I am trying to install x theme with app template. As per prerequisites when I am installing cornerstone plugin for the same, it generates critical error and my WordPress get failure of working.

Here, I am attaching snaps of the error.

Please, help me regards the same.

Thanks for writing to us.

Please check whether any version of Cornerstone is already there inplugin list, try to re-install it after deleting it.

Also you might have a third party conflict with Cornerstone which causes the error.
I would suggest you to deactivate all of your third party plugins and then try installing Cornerstone again.

Also, make sure the minimum requirements to run X and Cornerstone meet here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility
Please send the screenshot after translating the errors, it will help us to understand the issue you are having.

If you still find that issue exists, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL
– WordPress Admin username / password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for providing the information. Regretfully we cannot still log in to your site because it is having a fatal error. Kindly enable the debug mode. You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.

Issue has been solved. Please review wp-admin, as it is working now.

I’ve checked your website and you already successfully added the cornerstone plugin and at the same time you already added the app data template.

I guess you already solve your issue.
