I’m trying to create a website www.annawebb.co.uk and I’m trying to create a footer. I can turn on footers but it only allows me to enter html code. So I created a global block and that sort of works but it does not go full width.

Thank you for writing in, I think you still have an issue on the site as I cant see the footer (x-colophon) render on your site, please check all your HTML content, more likely its the content that is on your Global Block that is causing the issue.
You can use this tool here for checking your HTML markup.
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
