Can menu toggle flash in PRO without hover?

I use a bottom header and content area off canvas. My goal is to have the left toggle button flash 3 times every time the page is loaded after 5 seconds. Is this somehow possible with PARTICLE SETUP or we are talking about custom work here?

It’s possible, please check this reference https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_animations.asp

You may need to change infinite value to 6.25s, example,

  -webkit-animation: pulse 1.25s 6.25s cubic-bezier(0.66, 0, 0, 1);
  -moz-animation: pulse 1.25s 6.25s cubic-bezier(0.66, 0, 0, 1);
  -ms-animation: pulse 1.25s 6.25s cubic-bezier(0.66, 0, 0, 1);
  animation: pulse 1.25s 6.25s cubic-bezier(0.66, 0, 0, 1);

Or any value that will make it pulse 5 times.
