Can I use one of my x or pro licenses to install the pagebuilder on a site with another theme?

Hey Themeco team,
Just a quick question. I’m working on a project which requires a different theme, but ideally I would like to use one of my X or Pro licenses for the pagebuilder functions instead of buying a new cornerstone license or using Elementor. Can I upload the cornerstone plugin located in my X-theme or Pro theme files?
