I have X installed on my website www.dananicoledesigns.com
I am creating a sub domain for that website in order to build a membership site and was wondering if I can use the same X theme for the sub domain or if I have to purchase another license for it?

Your X License allows you to have One Wordpress Live Installation Only.
You can have 2 Wordpress Installations validate per license but one of them is intended for development only.
