Can I Load Different Menu for Navigation Off Canvas Element in Pro?

Hi

I realise the following may be outwith your support but if there is anything you can helpw ith it is much appreciated.

I am attempting to use a different ‘Navigation Off Canvas’ menu on my site https://smujy.com

On this template:

there is a similar set-up to what I am trying to achieve in terms of navigation. Essentially there is a navigation off canvas element (although most likely achieved in some other way).

There are 2 things I am trying to accomplish with Pro.

1. Can I make the (top right) navigation move with the Off Canvas navigation menu when it slides in? I have, so far, managed to make the off-canvas area appear (with the Pro Navigation Off Canvas’ element) but it covers the menu rather than allowing it to move with it.

2. On mobile view the example template makes another menu appear within the ‘Navigation Off Canvas’ slide-in element. Why I like this is because it allows the other navigation (top left next to logo) to be hidden on mobile and the Navigation Off Canvas to be the only navigation for mobiles.

Any help would be great!

Thanks for writing in.

1. That’s not currently possible due to positioning. But you may able to achieve something similar using SuperFly menu plugin. You can change the SuperFly settings to Side Panel and set its behavior to Push Content.

2. I’m not sure what you mean by this, Is this still related to #1? If yes, then it may replace by SuperFly itself.

Thanks for explaining that. I may try SuperFly to see if it can do this.

Apologies for not explaining my 2nd question very well. What I mean is – when the Off Canvas Navigation button is clicked could it display a different menu when being viewed on a mobile / tablet? On my site https://smujy.com there are 2 menus appearing in the top, horizontal navigation. If the menu to the left (next to logo) could ‘disappear’ then be added into the Off Canvas Navigation window only when being viewed on mobile / tablet, that would be what I’m trying to achieve.

No worries if this sounds too complicated – I can probably work out how to do it somehow.

Hi,

You can add another off canvas element and select the menu that you like for mobile.
You will now have two two off canvas element, set one to be visible only in desktop and the other one to be visible only in mobile.

The settings for visibility is under Customize tab
