I purchased pro assuming it had X and more. I learned it has no prebuilt themes. It’s there anyway to get Integrity? I don’t want to have to buy x when I purchased 2 pro licenses.

The Integrity Stack is an option in Pro and you have more options to customize than you do in X. If you want to use Integrity simply select that Stack in your Theme Options then you can customize your header or footer in the Pro builders.
While there are no demos in Pro (that is a feature in X), there are built-in templates that act as a demo of sorts for creating a starter header, content, or footer section.
