Can I access Pro theme settings via FTP?

So, I have a client who used NearlyFreeSpeech for hosting their site. Because that is not really Wordpress friendly and all plugins have to be installed and updated via FTP (among other things), we decided to migrate to Bluehost. However, that has not gone well. And I can’t access the old Wordpress backend to get my Pro settings. Are those available via FTP? Or is it only through the Wordpress admin pages?

All our settings can only be found inside the admin pages.
