Can Column movement be triggered buy scroll rather than hover?

I created Creative columns with Css after watching the youtube video.

I need to know if i can initiate the movement of the columns with a scroll rather than hover action.

I was not able to get it to work using scroll. May be i used the wrong syntax.

Could you please help me out here.

Column triggered by scroll would require customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of your theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

I couldn’t find the right documentation about your problems but this can’t be done with CSS. You need to understand and learn JS/jQuery to accomplished this kind of setup.
