Call YARPP inside a Looper to filter related posts

The question is probably beyond the scope of your support service, but I’d like to try asking anyway.

Would it be possible to create a LOOPER PROVIDER of related posts, that uses a filter / query that calls the YARPP function to filter related posts?
Is it possible to do this using a particular query string or internal function to do it?
