I was wondering if anyone has any basic caching plugin recommendations. I have tried the bigger, well known types but ran into various conflicts. I sure would appreciate any tips or advice for a simple to use, free and reliable plugin!

Id like to know too - free caching plugins preferred. Ive tried wp super cache before and it broke cornerstone in X. Ive tried W3 with my site built in Pro and i kept getting 500 internal server errors (that site is with host gator). been using no caching since I haven’t found a good solution. any help is appreciated.
I actually just installed wp super cache on my site built with Pro (on host gator) and its working perfectly. I even manually added browser caching to my htaccess file and it works. go figure. w3 was un-usable for me in this setup.
