Buttons that change content below it

I was hoping to add in some buttons that change the content below them on the same page. I have attached some mockups of what I am hoping to achieve, I’d like the image and text to change depending what button is selected but I am unsure of the best way to do this.

I’d appreciate any suggestions you had to achieve this!
