Buttons not working on mobile (blue to black)

Hello,

On my website, the buttons works perfectly on desktop. When I go to mobile, my buttons change from blue to black, and then, the redirection doesn’t work.

Can you guys help me with this glitch?

My website is: https://webolir.com

Desktop:

Mobile:

Hi Oscar,

It seems that the linked section is not visible on the mobile and that is why it is not scrolling down to the section when you clicked the button.

And the Calendly script is the reason behind your button color issue, it actually makes those button activated and shows the interaction color which set from the options.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Thank you!

I’ve tried editing the Calendly code, however I cannot make the button go blue. What in the code do I have to change to make the button not activate automatically?

Also, I’ve now fixed the button colors on mobile. Everything works perfectly on computer, however when I click on the buttons when the website is in mobile, it redirects to my footer instead of my calendly booking system.

So basically, the redirection has made the buttons blue again, however the calendly booking system is now gone from my site (when in mobile) which means it redirects to an area where the booking system should have been.

Can you help me with the code for calendly, and make the calendly booking system visible again on mobile?

Thanks in advance

Hello Oscar,

I have corrected the page and followed the solution given by @Tristup. I cleared the plugin caches and now the redirection goes to the correct section on mobile or smaller screens now.

Kindly check your page again.

Thank you for your reply.

But I still need an answer to my question please. What in the calendly code do I change to make the button not activated all the time, and is there anything I can add in the code to make the calendly embed center on all screens? (right now, it is not center on the smaller screens)

Thanks in advance for your kind reply!

Hi Oscar,

Investigating the 3rd party or custom code issue is beyond the scope of our theme support. I would suggest you contact Calendly on this or hire a developer who can assist you on this.

Thanks

@tristup do you know what in the calendly code I change in order to make the button below not activated at all times? You sent a screenshot with a green box earlier with some calendly code, however I cannot seem to make the button not activated at all times even after looking at your screenshot. Thanks in advance!

Hi Oscar,

I think it’s not the Calendly code that is doing the issue, and if it is, it’s not in the current script that is on the page, it might be on Calendly’s end (not sure about this since I have not seen Calendly’s dashboard),

I investigated the issue and it seems it’s a glitch, the button becomes active because you’re scrolling pass its section. (I know that sound confusing)

Think about this, why would you put a button on that section that is a link to its section itself? I suggest you remove that button.

Hope that makes sense,
Cheers

Fair point. Thanks

You’re welcome.
