Button won't scroll

How do I get the contact button to scroll down to the section with the form? When I link the section that I want to scroll to, it doesn’t scroll all the way to the section. Please help. Thank you!

I have tried to check the given URL but it has been protected with the username and password. Can you please share the please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello Breanna,

You are linking or adding the section-9 to the button incorrectly. Basically you are linking the button to itself.

To do this the right way, you need to place the ID in the Section where you have inserted the form.

And then use the section ID that you added as your link URL just like this:

Thank you, @ruenel! This worked for the desktop version. I did the exact same thing to the mobile version, but it doesn’t scroll to the connect with ed section. Any ideas?

Hey Breanna,

You have 2 Sections where you applied the connect-with-ed-bannen ID. It should only be 1 section as an ID should be unique regardless of device or screen size.

I’d recommend you put all your connect-with-ed-bannen contents into 1 section only.
