What is the “+” button on the top upper right of the Integrity 1 demo called??

How do I edit it what goes there?

Hi Matt,

It is called the Widget Bar. Please go to X> Theme Options > Header > Widgetbar to find the options you can tweak.

Also, the content of that section can be found in Appearance > Widgets as the Widget Bar Widget Areas and the widgets that you assign there.
