Button not scrolling to section on same page

I need a button to jump to a section farther down on the page. I labeled the section ID and pointed to the button to that section and it adds the section ID to the end of the address but does not jump down to that section.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can do that by following the below steps.

1. Add ID to the section where you want to by clicking the button.

2. Add the # link with the ID of that section into the Button.

I feel like we are doing the same thing

I just figured it out. There is a plug-in conflict with the “While Loading” plugin. When i deactivated it and took out the code in the header, the sections started working again.
