Button element showing as X on mobile menu

The button element started showing as an X recently on the mobile menu. It only shows as an X when viewing from a mobile phone, not in the editor when viewing in mobile view. I have tried creating a new button and using a social button but when I do, it breaks the header. Please help, I will share the URL but don’t see the secure note option.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the FontAwesome is not enabled from Theme Options > Miscellaneous. I would suggest you enable it and check if that resolves your problem or not.

Font Awesome was already enabled in the theme options, I tried turning it off and on and still have the same issue

Please narrow down the cause of the issue by doing the following:

1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
2. Theme Update
3. Child Theme
4. Css/Js Customization

If the issue is with the parent theme, please provide the following details in a Secure Note

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.
