i set up my buttons to be blue, but now they are showing up as red. how did this happen?

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you have added custom CSS code to style the button. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note. I would suggest you please remove the custom CSS code. In case if it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

i can’t find the custom CSS to style the button. i don’t see anything in my global CSS or the post CSS

Hello Carlos,

It turns out that you are using incompatible versions of the X theme and Cornerstone plugin. Could you please update to the latest versions? Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 9.1.2
  • Cornerstone 6.1.2
  • WordPress 5.8.1
  • PHP 7.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
