Button Animation on click

Is there an easy/simple way to add an on click animation to buttons? I specifically want this to work in woocommerce but it would be best to have a global solution. That could be possible but will require custom development in which we can’t provide here. That requires modifying the button structures and add javascripts. I don’t recommend directly modifying the existing button as it may break it, but yes, still doable in the developer’s perspective, I recommend hiring a developer for this kind of implementation.
