Business sold; transfer license?

I’ve read the other threads on this topic and … still not sure what to do.

The business has sold, and the new owner needs to take control of the X theme license.

I don’t see where they can create an account on theme.co so I can hand off the license … not sure what to do? Thanks!

Hello Grace,

Thanks for writing in! I would recommend that you log in to your Themeco account, find the X theme license, and then simply unlock it. With the unlocked license, it can now be transferred to your client and be able to create their own Themeco account.

Once the license is unlocked, they can use the license to register here:

Themeco

The license will then be transferred to the newly created account.
