Burger menu showing when alert module is added to bar

Hi

Am trying to use the alert block and have added this in the bar > container but then on mobile it is showing the burger menu again.

The screenshot is not explaining what exact problem you are having. I would suggest you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem. We may also need your website WordPress admin credentials for further investigation. please provide login credentials in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– Specific Header where you are having this problem.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: It seems that you might be using the older version, please check once by updating the Pro to its latest version i.e. 6.2.7.

Hey Alice,

I tried to replicate your video in the latest version of Pro but the alert element is not showing the hamburger menu on the mobile view. I also found out that you are using an old version of Pro, would you mind sharing with us what version it is so that we can check and replicate it on our end? It would also be best to update your Pro to the latest version.
