Please assist. When I re-entered the form on this page, it’s creating a bunch of extra space at the bottom of the form in the container.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your page and it seems like you’ve embedded the form using iframe. Regretfully there is no control over elements when using an iframe. You should check the source (iframe source) and make adjustments accordingly.

Yes, b/c out of the options given, it was the only one of three code options that your theme would recognize to show the form at all.
When we tried the others, your theme just converted them to a hyperlink to the form elsewhere.
We are having a lot of issues on this theme since you’ve made so many changes to how to work with it, frankly, over the last two years. The design changes your company has made has rendered it almost impossible to use anymore, which is highly disappointing.
You’ve made it so highly complex now, and technical, it’s not even design anymore, controlled with all these boxes, etc.
This is just one more example, of issues in the past that we had no problem controlling the design or look/feel of for our end user.
It’s likely we are going to have to move to a new theme product.
There is nothing in the iframe code from the source causing the extra space.

There is nothing wrong with the iframe code. The extra spacing is coming from below the form itself. I have checked the iframe source and I can confirm that there are broken HTML codes added in the form. Take the screenshots below as an example:
