Bullet Points are Blank / Don't Appear

Im using PRO, but when I add bullet points, they show up as blank across all of my site.

Can someone assist with the code for adding these bullet points?
I haven’t edited any CSS sheets, it’s been like this for a while but I used - as a work around.
