Bulk Page creation - WP All import or other plugin supported?

Currently looking to use WP All import to automatically bulk create pages using CSV upload but cant seem to access a page template using Pro theme. Is the plugin supported or another method for bulk creating pages with a file (containing parameter differences)?

Using the import and export tool does not work. To properly migrate the Cornerstone built pages, please follow the guidelines here:
