Hi, is it possible to Build a FAQ solution with X/Cornerstone? Just like making suggestions and guide the users to an answer before they call the support? I have tried it with the search element, but it seems to work only site wide.

Yes, you can definitely have FAQ using Cornerstone and X Theme. Usually, I have seen websites using Accordion to display FAQ information. If that is the requirement then you can use Cornerstone Accordion element to have FAQ.
You can also use 3rd party plugins to build comprehensive FAQ. Here’s some plugins that you can take a look.
