I just want a blank page from where I can start building up header content footer.

Hey @AAndriesi,

Here are the steps you need to take along with documentation for each step.

  1. To create a blank page without sidebar, use the Blank - No Container | Header Footer page template. For more details, please read the Situational Page Meta Options section in this page: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/meta-options-pages/144. If you have time, read the whole page so you learn more features of our theme.
  2. Create your page sections. If you don’t know how to use the builders yet, please check first the Content Builder tutorials in our Knowledge Base.
  3. Assign an ID to each of your sections. You can watch this tutorial video: https://youtu.be/nKf_JvqJaMs. In the tutorial, a Button element is used. The setup is similar for the menu which is the next thing you need to create.
  4. If you don’t know how to create a WordPress menu, please check this tutorial: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-navigation-menu-in-wordpress-beginners-guide/
  5. Now that you know how to create a menu, create custom links with each link/menu linking to each of your sections. If you use this menu in your page, the one page navigation setup would be complete. There are 2 options you can add the menu in the header. Details in the next step.
  6. If you’re going to use the Classic Header, edit your home page and under Page Settings, choose the menu you create in the One Page Navigation option.

  7. If you’re going to use the Pro Header Builder and you’re not familiar with it yet, first watch the Header and Footer Builder Introduction video here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/pro-header-and-footer-builder-introduction/103. After this, you should now know how to add a navigation element. Commonly, the Navigation Inline is used for the One Page Navigation and Navigation Collapsed for mobile version. You will learn all that in our Knowledge Base.

Hope that helps.
