Builder window not loading any content

On one specific page (a single layout) none of the content is loading in the builder window at all. I can see the elements and such in the inspector, but the builder window only shows the header and the footer, nothing between. Any idea why? See secure note.

If the problem only persists with a single layout, there might be something wrong with it. I would suggest you please delete the sections of the specific page one by one until the issue is fixed, and the last one you delete might have contained the broken HTML.
If that does not help, I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.
