Builder is crazy slow

Any time I have it open for any period of time it slows and slows until it is unusable and I have to restart my browser and it starts all over again.

There is a delay selecting elements if it will select them at all, a delay adding elements so sometimes a minute later I will see 5 elements pop up at once.

This has been the past couple weeks and there have been a ton of updates in that time, using the lates version of pro and Wordpress, trying to build layouts and this has not been much of a timer saver with all the slowdowns.

I am using Safari 16,3 on macOS Ventura 13.2.1

Edited to add I just reopened Safari again and it became un-usable in under 5 minutes.

I just have a single layout open in cornerstone for a custom post type that only has 2 sections with just text.

Thanks for reaching out!

We are not having an issue with our development website about the builder being so slow. There are a lot of factors why editing the builder will be slow and unusable. It could be the resources of your server or your machine. You could try increasing the PHP memory limit.

If it doesn’t help, you could try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask them for insight to boost your server capacity.
