Builder Error in 4.1.5

Help please!! I had to made a client project soon, and i have a new created wp site with 4.1.5 and i couldn’t edit a pro header or footer content. But i got this error message while editing a header (or footer too):

No suitable preview area found. This is most common when you are using a “No Header” page template. Try changing the page template, or assigning this header to a context where the template allows the header output.

No ability to add elements inside in the bar:

But the i use a template with header and footer! Is there a difference with pro headers in the 4 usable stacks?

So, help please!

Update! It works again, but do NOT ask me why!

After trying a few things and even getting an “iframe response” error, I switched to a default WordPress theme. There I got some “out of memory” errors. The server runs with 256MB and I even limited this in the wp-config to exclude such errors.
A hint on another site advised to also set the “RLimitMEM max” in the .htaccess.
Anyway, it seems to work at the moment, even if the “RLimitMEM max” is not set. I wish I could write more to help others with the same problems.

Hello @Regnalf,

Glad that your issue has been resolved by yourself. In case if you no idea about how to increase server memory limit you can consult your hosting provider or you may check our documentation to learn more about how to increase the memory limit. https://theme.co/docs/how-to-increase-php-memory-limit

Thanks
