Bug with Smooth Scroll

Hey!

I have been building a website that is using the “Smooth Scroll” plugin that you have listed under the XTheme Extensions list. On one of the pages of the website, we are using an accordion element that has several accordion items (10+).

The error I noticed is that when all the boxes are opened, the use of the scroll wheel will stop at a certain point in the middle website - not at the actual bottom of the website, forcing you to interact with the sidebar. The error stops when I disable the “Smooth Scroll” plugin.

My guess is that the height of the website is not recalculated when the boxes are expanded, causing the issue; but I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case this is something you guys could patch or have noticed.

Note: I am using the newest version of the plugin, x theme, and cornerstone. Updated just a few minutes ago.

Thanks for writing in! Please ensure that you have installed the latest version. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 8.0.4
  • Cornerstone 5.0.4

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If everything is up to date already, the issue could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
