Bug with scroll function on mobile device

hello

on the mobile view, the start page can no longer be scrolled up and down.

Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t.
can you fix this bug?

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating the URL and the admin dashboard. Can you please create a new thread and provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to investigate it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I have checked all the listed websites in your Themeco Account, but am unable to recognize the issue you described here.

I check your website on an actual mobile device but the scrolling on your startup page is just working fine. Please see the secure note.

That being said, it could be just a browser cache on your mobile phone. Please clear your mobile phone cache or use incognito mode when accessing your website.

I am having the same bug in both my websites (fincadracula.com and madurostropical.com )
Woke up and scrolling, effects and many other features are not working.

Thanks for updating this thread. This is what I am seeing right now:

It seems that you are having a caching issue. Please all your plugin caches since you have installed WP Fastest Cache plugin. You can also do the following:

• Testing For Theme Related Issue
• Testing For Plugin Conflict
• Theme Update
• Child Theme
• Css/Js Customization
• Disabling Cache
• Disabling Cdn
• Version Compatibility
