Our header menu does not open when viewing on mobile or small screen.
The website doesn’t looks amazing. I am open to re-setting the X Theme and starting over.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the Top Bar is overlapping the Burger Menu and that is why you can’t click into it. I would suggest you increase the Top Margin for the Mobile Button from Theme Options > Header as shown in the given screenshot.
