Bug with DHL plugin - Cannot upload images in header

Not sure why it’s happening, but after installing DHL WooCommerce Extension, I cannot upload images in header.

Do the following.

  • Go to PRO -> Launch -> Headers
    Then select dhl test header and edit
    Now try to upload image. When clicking on + sign you get:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘view’ of undefined

Thanks.

Hi There,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thank you for your understanding.

Ok thanks but can you just take a look for a sec, cuz the errors only indicate pro theme errors. I tried on fresh install with only pro theme and dhl and it works. So I’m kind of confused where to start debugging or even what the problem is.

Hello There,

You are using WP Rocket and CloudFlare. Please purge your site cache before testing your site again. For best results, please make sure of the recommended CloudFlare settings which you can find it here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/

We also recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
