Hey Oli,

I see the issue in your site however, I couldn’t replicate it in my test sites so we can’t declare this as a bug or problem with our theme yet. There might be something unique on your end that’s causing the issue. We need to know first that this issue is not coming from our theme.

That said, please do the following things first and report back to us if the issue persists.

  1. Clear the cache of your caching plugin and deactivate all 3rd party plugins
  2. Switch to the parent theme

If you can’t do that in your live site, you can copy your live site to a staging server and do the troubleshooting there.

If the issue persists with only all plugins deactivate and you’re using the parent theme, give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL (We recommend Staging access)
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thank you for your cooperation.

hello christian,

i have checked and it is a wp-rocket cache problem. when under their setting this is activated:
"Optimize CSS display
Removes rendering-blocking CSS, can improve the perceived load time. "
then i am facing the problem.

i give you access. as it might helps other users, too.

cheers!
oli

Hi Oli,

This is happening due to how you have configured the WP Rocket plugin. The specific setting is to delay (“defer”) the loading of non-critical files until the browser is done rendering the page.
As this is not a theme issue, but rather, an issue with the configuration of a 3rd party plugin, I would recommend that you refer to their (documentation)[https://docs.wp-rocket.me/] or contact their (support)[https://wp-rocket.me/support/].

Please remember that issues related to website optimization are beyond the scope of support.

Thanks

okay. i understand. i will do so. thanks!
