To be sure there is a bug, I tested the website in 2 staging websites; one with Nginx and an other with apache, and also with fresh Wordpress + PRO v: 4.1.5 + WPML Multilingual CMS v:4.4.9 in local sever by using localwp
All testing with PHP 7.4 (Although I used other versions to check the problem), the testing in WordPress 5.6.2 & 5.6.1
Bug:
let’s say that, the main language Is EN and the second language is FR, and you want to work with BUILDER
1 - You can’t work with Draft to translate post or page with BUILDER:
you can make draft post or page in EN , but BUILDER will not work in FR
the error in console is :

this issue does not happen in post or page if it is Published first. But working with the draft is essential and we need it
2 - BUILDER does not work to make Post in a second language
BUILDER act as it is just for translating from main language to second language for Posts
let’s make new post in FR Published or draft , then “Edit with Pro” , the BUILDER open this strange page, Although, you are on the FR language, BUILDER says that you are in EN
if you click in FR flag nothing happened
that with about the post. About this issue in Pages, it is better :
new page in FR then “Edit with Pro” :
Edit Existing (French) : will work
