Bug report: Dragging col. to other section causes page to lock (no scrolling)

When ever I drag a column to a an other section via the layout tab. The website “freezes” so I can no longer click any of the elements or scroll down the page.

I can still select and edit the elements in the control panel.

It appears only to happen when the controls are horizontal (in the buttom)
