Bug - Pro 1.2.6 Theme Options - Google Fonts

Hi,

Am trying out Pro 1.2.6 again since the updates and seem to have problems with Google Fonts.

No caching plugins, tried both Integrity and Ethos

Issue 1
Theme Options > Header > Links - Text: The box to enter NAVBAR LETTER SPACING (EM) is not rendered. I assume this may affect X too since they now share the same code base?.. but have not yet updated X to check.

Issue 2
Templates > Fonts, I’ve set 3 fonts:
Body Copy = Google - Acme 400
Headings = Google - Lato 300
Title = Google - Playfair Display 400

Theme Options > Typography > Body and Content > Body Font > Body Copy (Acme 400)
Theme Options > Typography > Headings > Headings Font > Title (Playfair Display 400)
Theme Options > Header > Logo Text > Logo Font > Headings (Lato 300)

In developer tools, the following css is returned: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato%3A400%2C400italic%2C700%2C700italic&subset=latin%2Clatin-ext&ver=1.2.6

Notice it returns Lato 400 and 700, neither of which are selected, more importantly, none of the other fonts selected in Templates > Fonts are being returned.

None of locations where the font has been set using Templates > Fonts are reflecting the chosen fonts.

Any update on this?

Is it a bug, a known issues or something to in my configuration - which is a vanilla install, no cache, Woocommerce, Yoast and Contact Form 7 installed.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! This is a bug as I can confirm this. The options does not update as you change the font family. Meanwhile, to resolve this, please disable/enable the font manager option and assign/reassign the font family and hit save to update your theme option settings.

I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.

Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks, I assume this affect X too?

Hi There,

Yes, unfortunately both of this issue affect X theme too.
