I have an issue with applying conditional logic to a Gravity Form. Using the Modal and Form Integration components as you can see below, my form stops loading within Cornerstone once conditional logic is applied to the form
Now if I remove the conditional logic it loads just fine.
Note: this is only an issue with Cornerstone, it still renders and works as expected live on the website.

I have checked your form and the Component. The form displays as expected, with the current conditions being set to the form fields. This is what I see when viewing it in the builder.
You may need to clear your browser cache and load it in the builder again.

That form you are looking at is not one that has conditional fields within it. Look at form ID 2 (Interest Form on Home Page) which has conditional fields which is what I found seems to cause the issue.

Please display at least 2 Forms since you have added them inside the Modal. Check out my demo URL in the secure note below.
When adding more forms, make sure that each form added is unique. There should NOT be a duplicate copy of the same form added to the page.
