Bug found. Fonts used in global blocks not loading on page

If I use a font in a global block that is not also used on a page where I place the global block, the font is not loaded and therefore not displayed properly. If I add a text block with that font (and hide it), then the font is displayed.

Preview is fine, but the actual active page is wrong.

I am not sure when this changed, but it worked fine last summer (that was the last time I actively changed the pages)

4.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN
