I have disabled plugins, changed from child theme to default but it’s still happening.

Oh bugger! I’m still on macOS 10.15 and been getting notifications from several apps about this. It’s a little odd that it’s effecting cornerstone though?
It’s interesting as it’s happening on my mac mini but not on my MacBook is which is running the same OS. Explain that one?!

Even if the OS is the same, are you using the same browser on both machines? make sure the browser versions are up to date and also disable browser extensions to rule out interference.
You can try switching the browser where the issue is happening.
