Thank you for writing in, that issue usually happen if you have a broken HTML mark up somewhere on your page, do you have a custom HTML markup somewhere? If so, please try removing it for a while and see if that resolves the issue.
If not, please do the following:
- Clear all your caching and optimizer features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache).
- Do a Testing for Plugin Conflict
If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
