Hi,
We are still experiencing a lot of issues with our website. 70% of our photos are gone, our home page (product photos, sliders photos), blog (all photos). We called our hosting company, we don’t know why most media library photos are broken links if this is a theme issue because images get deleted from our site from one day to the next. We really don’t know what to do, because every day photos get deleted from our site, to the point that we had to put our website down for maintenance, until we figure out what we are going to do, we either change to another theme and completely get rid of this one, but this will take us a lot of our time.
Please help!
Hey there,
Pro does not have a function that could delete items in your Media. It could be your WordPress setup or a third party plugin like Jetpack Photon.
I could not login to your back-end so there might be a problem with your server setup as well.
If your unsure how to fix those issues, please hire a third party developer.
Thanks.
