Broken image troubleshooting

Hi,

I recently took over a new site after I joined the company, and am running into some issues with broken images. This is my first time using X theme so I apologize if I’m missing any detail here.

Our main site is singleops3.wpengine.com, which displays at singleops.com

We have some images that are hosted on singleops4.wpengine.com and used on our homepage. They are currently broken.

Singleops.4.wpengine.com was NOT licensed for X theme, but as a workaround I have licensed it as our staging site. It’s not actually our staging site, but I wanted to see if the licensing was the issue.

That did not fix the broken images. I also cannot find them in our media library on either site, but that is why I suspected maybe they were created by X theme and were thus removed as singleops4 was not licensed.

What are my next steps for troubleshooting?

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your issue further, I found that your broken images are coming from the Feature list elements on your homepage.

Inspect your feature list items,

Then try removing or re-uploading your images to resolve the issue.
