Broken grid

Hi there

Please have a look at https://tizianarealini.ch/de/aktuell/ and then compare to the translated version of this page under https://tizianarealini.ch/it/attualita/ and https://tizianarealini.ch/fr/actuel/.

As you can see, the grid in the FR and IT version is broken on the last line. When I edit the page in cornerstone, then everything looks fine.

What can I do?

In the mean time please check for the following:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

Hey Gabriel,

I’m sorry but my current finding suggest that the broken pages could have gotten corrupted. I’m not sure what corrupted them though. I just found this corrupted CSS in the page’s Content CSS.

What you could do here is save your pages as a template. Then, create new pages using Cornerstone and load the saved pages.

In the Secure Note, I’ll post the URL of a copy of your Italian page https://tizianarealini.ch/it/attualita/ and it works there without me doing anything.

I’ll hope you consider the solution.

Hey Christian

Thanks for your help. I saved the template from the themeco-test-site and then pasted it to the attualita-site, but the grid is still broken. I also removed the CSS in the pages content CSS, but this didn’t help me either.

What else could I do?

Hi @gabrieldesign_swiss,

I checked the page and I am not sure why this is happening. The Italian and French version is corrupt. I added a new page in German using the Template which I saved called a-german, then I used the Flag icons at the bottom right section of the Content Builder to Copy from the Existing page and copied two pages for French and Italian. I just changed the top left title to show it is working.

I shared the link in the Secure Note. Please use that page as the starting point and add the translations inside the Content Builder, please.
