Hello,

Every page I have this auto texting work all ok bu this one, it is somewhat broken and I cant figure out why as the element configured correctly as on other pages.

Could you pls advise where is the issue.

Please check for unclosed HTML content in or near the area of the affected section. Would you also mind deactivating your copy protection so we could view the source. Giving us WP admin access in a Secure Note would also help in case we need to check your back-end setup.

It does work ok in cornerstone view but doesnt on front end. I have not visibitiy/understanding of the unclosed html. this page was cloned fully from other page where this element is still working. I disabled copy temporarly.

Hi there,

That portion of that page is not properly executed, it doesn’t even have any content. Could you try re-adding it manually (by removing the original and add new elements). That should clear the internal transients of that specific element. Then you can also install transient cleaner plugin and clean it.

And looks like your site is served by LiteSpeed server in which also has internal caches, I’m not sure though of if it’s through disk caching or memory caching, but you have to make sure to clear it too.

And please provide your correct login credentials.

I provided login details in securenotes.

I just made a copy of the broken one, copy is below the broken one. it works till I deleted the broken one. and that new one that just worked become th ebroken one. it is crazy. pls understamnd that if I delete this it will be time consumiong to recreate this. there is no ccode copying and pasting in the cornerstone.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, the given User/Pass is not working for us. Would you please kindly double check the credentials?

It seems that the problem is the Section you added the info or the previous section. Please go to the Cornerstone and add a new section and add the Auto Typing elements there and test the case.

If you still have problems I am afraid you need to do that page from scratch.

Pls check inside using new login before I do any rework.

  1. Cornerstone editor shows correct operation as on any other pages.
  2. front end removes some of the blue background and white text disappears

I recreated a user for you. Pls check it. I was able to login using your credentials.

Hi there,

I managed to access your website and clone the page in question. As I mentioned before the problem was that specific section. I added a new section and moved the items of the bad section to the new section and it worked, then I deleted the bad section.
