Broken CSS after install

Hello - this is the third site I have developed - each time with X-theme. I have bought a license for each site. However, this time all the CSS around the header and other parts of the site are corrupted. I installed again straight from the ZIP file just incase, but the same issue. Can someone advise - this is doing my nut!

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! Are you using any service like CloudFlare or any CSS minification plugin ? If so make sure to disable them and try testing again. Also if you’re using any caching plugin, make sure to disable it and test it as well.

Many thanks, the only two plugins are Cornerstone and Slider Revolution.

This is a brand new install.

  1. Reloaded X-Theme from Zip file.
  2. Reloaded X-Theme from older site
  3. Tried different demo content

Still the same problem - missing CSS.

This could be related to your server configuration or PHP version as well (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/).

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hi There,

Please reinstall this WordPress with address URL and Site URL same under Settings -> General.

This should resolve your issue.
