Breakpoints not working only for some mobile sizes... why?

hello team
I have a strange behaviour using Pro 6.2.3 and WP 6.2.
I have checked the role of custom CSS, child theme, plug-in issues etc.

when I set a headline to be invisible for the lowest 3 breakpoints it refuses to go away

but for the top 2 breakpoints it does work…

in this picture the headline is gone.

this is happening across the whole site. I am not sure why.

solved! I found some extra CSS that does not show up in cornerstone but in pro site settings and was causing my issues
